Obtaining a license in Arizona is very simple. The couple must appear together at any courthouse in Arizona and show a picture I.D., such as a driver’s license. The Superior Court located at 110 W. Congress, Room 131A, Tucson; hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday, except holidays. The Superior Court requires a payment of $83.00 and will accept Cash, Personal Check or Credit Card. Please note that other Court Houses only accept a (check or money order). An Arizona license requires the ceremony be performed in Arizona. The license is legal in all U.S. States, as well as, Internationally. Some foreign countries require additional documentation, so please let us know if you reside outside the U.S. The minimum age to obtain a marriage license in Arizona is 18. There are no blood tests or health certificates required, and there is no waiting period. Couple who have obtained a marriage license have up to one year from the date of purchase to have the marriage ceremony.
